SPA Policy

Spa services are available for guests 18 and over. Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. This will ensure that your spa service starts on time. Late arrivals may require a reduced appointment time as a courtesy to clients that have appointments scheduled after you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel your appointment. Appointments must be cancelled no later than 2 hours prior to your appointment. No-shows will be charged in full.

Refund Policy

Unopened skin care products can be returned within 10 business days of purchase with sales receipt or proof of purchase for a full refund. If an allergic reaction to the product occurs, product must be returned immediately (most reactions occur within 24-48 hours of using product) for a full refund.
